Out of Stock and Back Order ~
On occasion, a product, as advertised on the site will not be available, may be delayed, or will be on back order. In the unlikely event, SerendipitySecrets.com will contact you, provided adequate contact information was submitted when your order was placed, to discuss the other available options or alternatives.

Sales Tax ~
Sales tax of 6% will be applied to sales of Indiana residents.

Shipping Method ~
We accept and ship orders only within the continental USA. USPS is the preferred shipper used by SerendipitySecrets.com. Standard shipping rates and times apply. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order in addition to shipping time.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express via PayPal.

Returns ~
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason, our product does not meet your quality expectations, please contact us immediately. Serendipity Secrets inspects each item for quality assurance before shipping.

Refunds ~
Returns or exchanges are accepted if received by Serendipity Secrets within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unused. Refunds or exchanges require return of all products in the original packing box and packaging. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. Items must be returned with shipment tracking via UPS, Federal Express or US Certified Mail. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Refund confirmation will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of the unused and returned item.
